ANNE MCGRATH - Barn Manager/Instructor
Anne  has been with MIM, starting as a volunteer, since 1999.  She became a NARHA certified instructor in 2007, and currently also works as the barn manager.  In her spare time, she enjoys working with horses...sounds a little one-sided doesn't she?  She is pictured here with her horse, Tommy.

CALI BOWMAN - Instructor

Cali began volunteering at MIM in 2002 and fell in love with the program. In 2008 she attained her NARHA certification and has since been a dedicated instructor and member of the MIM staff. Cali has a passion for teaching. She has been teaching tennis for ten years and tutoring math for four years. In addition to being a NARHA certified instructor, she is also a USPTR certified tennis pro.

When not teaching at MIM Cali can be found working with her two horses Bronx and Magic, running with her dog, or teaching tennis at the Keene Country Club. Cali also coordinated MIM’s first Motorcycle Poker Run as a fundraiser in August of 2009. Cali takes special care in all of her students. She loves nothing more than to see lives of her students improve through therapeutic horseback riding.

She looks forward to continuing to impact the lives of all of her students and volunteers at MIM, for therapeutic riding benefits not only the riders, but the staff and volunteers. It is therapeutic for everyone’s soul. Cali continually says she “can’t imagine a more rewarding job".

MARK MCILRATH - President
Mark brings leadership, business and strategic decision-making experience to the leadership team at MIM.  Mark has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and has served for over 20 years in industry as a Chief Engineer - Product R&D, Global Market Director and most recently as Chief Engineer - Manufacturing Advancement for markets including machine tools, precision surgical and spaceflight.  He is a husband and father of 2 children and has served in many volunteer capacities.  Mark is very passionate about "providing the unique and transformative service that Miracles offers to every family in the greater Manadnock region".

CHRISTINE BREHM - Vice President
Christine currently holds the position of Executive Director of The Samaritans, Inc.; a Monadnock United way agency that provides suicide prevention, intervention, and post-vention services throughout NH, with a primary focus on the greater Monadnock Region. She brings to the MIM board of directors over fifteen years of community based nonprofit experience.

In 2006, Ms. Brehm developed and implemented the State of NH's first transitional housing program for women offenders reentering the community post-incarceration. She is well versed in nonprofit management, strategic planning, as well as developing and maintaining community partnerships. Additionally, Ms. Brehm serves on boards for other area nonprofits and provides organizational and resource (human and financial) assessments and planning for small growing npos. She resides in Westmoreland, NH with her husband John and their two children, Chelsie & Gabriel.
