Therapeutic & Adaptive Riding

Our riders come from all over the Monadnock Region and beyond, with varying abilities and experience levels. 

Horseback riding and equine related activities can provide direct benefits for all who participate.

Appropriate for most ages and abilities, horseback riding and equine related activities have been shown to be particularly beneficial to children and adults with;  Autism, Cerebral Palsy(CP), Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis, Learning Disabilities, Behavioral Disorders, ADHD, Paralysis, Amputations, Down Syndrome, Stress Disorders, Mood Disorders, PTSD, Depression and more.

First Lesson & Evaluation
All riders, regardless of age or riding ability, are required to schedule their first lesson & evaluation, prior to scheduling any other lesson.  During this lesson your instructor will evaluate your horsemanship and riding ability.  Additionally, it provides opportunity for you to discuss your riding goals and to work with your instructor to develop and appropriate plan.
